Joy works at the intersection of people, technology and strategy. She is passionate about the potential of technology to solve complex problems for both users and organizations. Before joining EWG, Joy served as a senior digital product manager at an education company, leading cross-functional projects to improve accessibility, usability and scalability. Originally from New York, Joy holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and certifications in product management, including the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting museums, seeking out hidden gem restaurants, playing tennis and traveling.
